A Study On Green Space Planning In The New Region Of South Harbin New Industrial Area

Industry is the motive force of the development of social economy. It provides the material basis for the construction of modern civilization. When the industrial area promotes local economic development, it will also bring certain environmental pollution. People are gradually paying more and more attention to the green space, which is the main component of industrial ecosystem. As the Green space system in industrial areas play a decisive role on preventing environmental pollution; improve human production and living environment.Under the guide of urban development strategy, Harbin proposes the idea of constructing South Harbin new industrial city, to create largest industrial areas and most competitive economic carrier. South Harbin new industrial city is the startup area and needs constructing as a priority. As an important factor, the research on the green space planning is to ensure the area develops well and continuously. Meanwhile, it will act as a guide and reference for the other industrial green space planning, through summarizing the rule of startup industrial area.This article is made through making research, collecting documents and related case study. It is oriented under the continuous development, urban planning and industrial ecosystem, to start the research of main issues of this article.This article reviews the development history of overseas green space planning primarily, and gets known of the beginning, development, practice, trend of industrial area. It summarizes the reasons of leading advantages and disadvantages domestic industrials areas, through analyzing the actual examples of green space. Secondly, it is the exploration for the green space planning theory and methods. Under the basis of summarizing related theory and laws, regulations, this article researches the layout of green space, planning, and tree species. On the aspect of green space layout, we make an analysis on the factors of influencing this layout, the principle of it, the structure of it, and the evaluation standard. On the study of different green spaces, we make a research on the planning methods of park, protection and affiliated green spaces. While on the study of tree species planning, it mainly includes the general profile and current status of startup area, studies the issues and reasons of its existence, after that it proposes the goal and principle of green space planning. Finally, this article puts above study and results into actual urban planning, to begin with the construction and planning of South Harbin industrial area.
