With the increasing degree of urbanization,people's living standards continue to improve,and the living environment and ecological requirements are also gradually increasing.People are not only satisfied with the basic survival and environmental security needs,ecological security and urban landscape has put forward higher requirements.Especially in recent years,with the urban ecological construction of "garden city" and "ecological garden city" in full swing,and the 18th National Congress of the CPC,"ecological civilization construction" has been written into the overall layout of socialist modernization.Ecological construction has become a government policy,raised to the height of the top design.Due to its dual nature as a"second nature" and its public nature,the development and construction of park green space has become the core of urban ecological construction.At present,the evaluation index of urban park green space still remains in the per capita park green space area,green land rate,urban park green space area and other indicators,but these indicators are still the product of urban planning evaluation in the last century,and can no longer adapt to the new era of urban ecological development and People's demand for parkland.Based on this,this paper takes the park green area of Harbin City as the research area,takes the green space accessibility of the park as the research direction,collects,summarizes,and sorts the relevant literature data of Harbin City,including Harbin population,statistical yearbook,city yearbook,and Harbin.The city's master plan(2011-2020),etc.,uses the“3S”technology and accessibility analysis model,and combines spatial autocorrelation theory,accessibility theory,and urban park green space development and other related theories to separately calculate the area and quantity of park green space.Type etc.Under the four modes of transportation,the study interval is 20 minutes,and the time interval is 5 minutes.The accessibility analysis is based on the road traffic distance,population distribution,and the attraction of the park to the crowd as the main influencing factors.The rate of accessibility to the population and the expected rate of visits were used as evaluation indicators for the accessibility of park green spaces.On this basis,in order to facilitate the evaluation of the excellent degree of park green space accessibility in the study area,the sum of evaluation indicators was used as the park green space accessibility factor,and it was taken as the evaluation value of park green space accessibility.The study found that under the four modes of transportation,regardless of the mode of transportation used within 20 minutes,the accessibility of park green space in the study area could not cover all areas and serve all residents.The accessibility of the park's green space can only cover 89.6%of the area,serving 97.6%of the population and 1.70%of the expected visit rate.Based on the current status of the park green space in the study area,three suggestions were made to increase the accessibility of the park's green space,that is,to increase park green space and improve openness,increase the number of greenways to enhance the connectivity among park green spaces,increase road density,and reduce the size of the block.Finally,from the perspective of accessibility,using spatial autocorrelation theory,based on the expected access rate,the spatial autocorrelation coefficient of park green space accessibility is calculated,and the reachability cold spots and hot spot areas are calculated.Taking the entrance of the park greenland as the source point,the service scope of the park green space is calculated through the buffer zone method,and then according to the urban greenland planning standard and the overall planning of the research area,the park green space location is selected to optimize the spatial pattern of the park green space.Finally,a total of 10 park green space planning sites were selected in the study area,increasing the park green area by 89.97 hm2.
