| With the continuous deepening of reform on electric power marketing management, the traditional electric energy metering device as a mode of verification and management can not meet the new requirements. Using electric energy to measure quality possess a direct impact on the fairness, and accurate about trade settlement of electric energy. We should introduce quality supervision mechanism to standardize the measurement of Verification behavior. This paper combined multimedia technology, workflow management technology and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) technology to manage a variety of processes in electric energy measurement enterprise to achieve automation of enterprises'management process. Based on characteristics of process in each energy measurement business, the system is abstracted into several subsystems, and embedded in process management, to build a business flow pattern of dynamically reconfigurable. A brief exposition on electric energy management system was made to analyze the application of flexible workflow technology in electric energy metering management system. Finally, a detailed description of a example to show the actual reflect of flexible workflow technology in the document control module and flexible workflow technology and SMS marking are rubbed in the examination and approval system, to offer the system structure of flexible workflow's examination and approval system. |
