Shuttle-conical tube cloudy fluid separation device is a new technology of low water loss rates were dynamic hydraulic separation water and sediment two-phase flow.This technology has the characteristics of high water and sediment separation efficiency,low water consume rate,no energy consumption,no chemical pollution.Especially break though the traditional water and sediment separation technology that high relation need high water consune rates and hian energy consumption.Research shuttle-conical tube could provide theoretical basis and design basis for popularization and application of material dehydration filtering technology and sludge dewatering in water purification and gypsum slurry concentration in environmental engineering.The paper analysis water and sediment separation properties of shuttle-conical tube by physical model test.Experiment mainly studied cone circle effect, theoretically derived cone circle best angle, analysis of the sediment settlement principle; Using orthogonal test,PPR and extermedifference ways,the paper obtained primary and secondary significant of clamping aperture,into flow,corn circle spacing and dip angle to shuttle-conical separation properties and optimized shuttle-conical tube best operation parameters.Through the experiments also optimizes the spindle shuttle-conical tube row mud way,row mud way adopt pipeline row mud,it can effectively reduce the shuttle-conical tube water consume rate.This thesis research results provides reliable reference for shuttle-conical tube subsequent research.
