Everyone Has Appropriate Housing - China's Urban Residential Comfort And Design

One of the themes of the United Nation Human Habitation Conference is "Everyone has his own suitable houses", which inferred the importance of the social fair and stability. In order to attain the above object, we must absolve the problem how to offer the middle/lower income consumers who are the most in China the suitable houses.According to the principles of "gradient consume" and " moderate consume", the concept of comfortable degree is introduced systematicely . Then a thorough research on the comfortable degree of small/middle dwelling unite ,that is, small/middle dwelling unite-high comfortable degree is studied , from the viewpoint of the content of design theory and design method. Behavior units and design skill is carried out ,which is based on the exquisite design.The paper is composed of four parts : preference , comfortable degree and popular house , design theory and method.
