Earthquake disasters has severely threatened human survival and development.Since always, engineering structure seismic is an important role in the field of civil engineering research. The basis of sliding friction as an effective means of passive isolation as a research focus in recent years.This paper is based on the basic principle of friction energy dissipation isolation and the necessary requirements for designing sliding isolated bearing. A new type Sliding Isolated Bearing is designed, which is compared of energy dissipation U-shaped ring, core column, roof and floor.When the earthquake hit, located in isolation layer of bearings produces slip.The earthquake energy is consumed by Elastic-plastic deformation of the energy dissipation U-shaped ring compression and friction energy generated by the contact surface. The transmission of seismic upward is reduced. The ANSYS software is used to analyze the main energy consuming components- energy dissipation U-shaped ring of the designed Sliding Isolated Bearing. The determination of design variables, constraints and the choice of objective function in an optimized parameter model will be iterated to obtain the optimal energy ring shape. According to U-shaped ring in the spatial arrangement and work characteristics of the isolation bearings.Four rings, five rings ,six rings and seven rings bearing finite element model are established. The energy consumed parameter of different ring bearing is obtained by simulation. Compared before and after optimization of the energy performance of bearings, the bearings optimized energy performance increase by 32.7%.In addition,based on Bearing's Base-Isolation System launched research, using two particle calculation model to establish the isolation body motion equation. The friction formula selected is suit for the system,the Sliding stop-meshing judgment equation in isolation system is obtained by deriving some formulas. In order to the seismic response pf isolated structures to traditional structures, the finite element model of basic fixed structure and isolated structure is established based on engineering examples. The two models were input TAFT seismic waves (More severe earthquake) and EI Centro earthquake wave (Rarely met earthquake). Results show that floors fixed structure based on a small displacement vector under large triangle distribution, while isolation structure under floors displacement vector is big on a small trapezoid distribution. Compared to basic fixed structure, the isolated structure seismic response is about 50% reduced.
