The reinforced concrete arch bridge is always one of the predominant types of bridge in our country. However, because of various factors such as, low construction standards, long working life, improper maintenance and dramatic increase of traffic density, existing reinforced concrete arch bridges had appeared defects and damage of different degrees. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out reinforcement research of existing reinforced concrete arch bridges.During the ways of bridge strengthening, rehabilitation of bridges with carbon fiber reinforced polymer has become the hot and important spot recently. This method is simple to operate and has obvious effect. In recent years, many scholars home and abroad have carried out correlated theoretical, experimental research and engineering practice, and they have made a great progress. But the existing reinforcement result is practical exploration summary based on certain theoretical foundation, and many of them are aimed at beam bridges, there's not a mature theory of computation to arch bridges, and existing theoretical system can't completely guide arch bridge strengthening. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward a calculation method which is fit for the reinforcement of the arch bridges with carbon fiber reinforced polymer, and can guide the engineering practice, improve the theory better in practice. This is the purpose of the paper.Based on current research achievements, this paper set up a infinitesimal model to analyze the mechanical behavior of the bonding interface between CFRP and concrete. First, according to the principle of superposition and current bridge load standard, this paper put forward a internal force analysis formula of arbitrary concentrated loads and distributed loads; second, this paper solved the simultaneous equation of static equilibrium equation and deflection differential equation, and concluded the analytical solution ofτ;then, on the basis of the above achievements, introducing the limit of bonding layer, solved the simultaneous equation of the internal force analysis formula and the analytical solution ofτ, putting forward the relationship formula of structure applied load and bonding materials. Finally, in accordance with a model experiment, the results of this paper are verified.This paper provides a feasible calculation algorithm of reinforced concrete arch bridges with CFRP and lays the theory foundation to further improvement of CFRP reinforced arch bridges.
