In this thesis, I have tried to analyze the mechanical structure,hydraulic and electronic control system of "27 meters mobile aerial working platform of straight arm". Then I completed the design of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system. The main contents are as follows:1:On the basis of data collection and sort, finding out the present situation and the development trend on aerial work market, understanding the all parts of mobile aerial working platform of straight arm.2:Analysis of the engine, driving system, working device, hydraulic and electronic control system in order to find out the relationship between signal and function accomplished.3:I made a summary of all signals, then selected the suitable hardware to monitor effective signals, such as operation panel, sensors, display module, etc.4:Design of fault diagnosis system on the basis of condition monitoring:designed the condition monitoring systems of various components. Analyze of the monitoring signals and detect the value of signals, then make the decision of the work status. The fault diagnosis systems include self-diagnosis system and aided diagnosis system.
