| With the development of network communications,computer and sensor technology, remote control and multi-sensor data fusion have been widely used in military and civilian fields. System architecture design and data fusion algorithms are the key problem of remote monitoring of control and multi-sensor data fusion technology.In this paper,take the stucture of closed-loop of data fusion as foundation,remote control,data transmission and data fusion time alignment have been realized on the road materials detection system.The road materials detection system is provided by National Instruments company,include the software and hardware platform. Remote control and data fusion are the main parts of the atricle,in which C/S model is used,stress-strain data and temperature data which collected by road materials detection system are transported to a remote control node(fusion center) on the LabVIEW sotfware platform.In this article a new control protocol is proposed,it based on the UDP protocol,the fusion center use it to control the road materials detection system.The data which get from the road materials detection system is used to time alignment of data fusion in the fusion center and prepar for decision-making and assessment.The article have a deep reserch about remote control and data fusion based on LabVIEW software plaform. After choosing the C/S mode systerm structure,the UDP,TCP and DataSocket techonology are been analyzed in this article. A new protocol which about remote control base on LabVIEW software platform has been proposed. Remote control and data transmission have been realized in LAN between road materials detection system and fusion center. After tha, the concept of data fusion, system architecture, integration level have been intruduced,especially the time alignment of data fusion is the main piont.The Sampling period between sensor and fusion center are different.In this case,different time alignment algorithms are applied to sovle the problem.Meanwhile,it can prepare for data fusion decision. |
