Balance impact roller is an energy-saving product which is carried out and researched according to the mechanical design energy saving principles on the basis of traditional impact compaction. TO the balance impact roller we doing a large number of experiments under different speeds and condition, after kinematic analysis we found a strange phenomenon:when the balance impact compaction reaches a certain speed (The speed is also in the range of the best working speed of balance impact roller) The impact of the round before not interfere with each other and will appear on the phenomenon of mutual independence movement, we call this phenomenon of" Free impact". So what causes the free impact of balance impact roller? And produce freed impact to the balance impact compaction how to effect of working characteristics, etc. will be a textual point of this paper research. This is also to reassure the front and rear shocks round of balance impact compaction under the function of coordination agency in phase why compaction result can reach or exceed the key traditional impact roller.In order to prove that the balance impact compaction under the normal working speed the front and rear shocks would mutual interference that affect the compaction result. Based on theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental methods for this machine to work the key system and the influence of focusing on such characteristics. For study design meet the job requirements of the new institutions and compaction technology provides the theory basis and the new method.This paper firstly introduces the basic structure and working principle of balance impact roller, then respectively analysis the motion characteristics of the traditional impact compaction and balance impact roller, In motion analysis using mathematical modeling to analysis the balance impact roller's front and rear shocks round centroid distance equation under working, through wheel centroid distance and working round mass velocity to contact the relationship between freedom of balance impact compaction and their impact process to realize the function relation. In mathematics theory and based on the analysis of the experimental process we integrate data from the analysis, find the influence factors to free impact of balance impact compaction realization process, at the same time, through the actual working condition of experimental data to verify the correctness of the mathematical theory. Finally, the freedom impact movement process of balance roller will be simulated, Mainly modeling in PRO/E then import into ADAMS made related Motion simulation and analysis, Meanwhile let the free impact movement process embodies in the ADAMS simulation, obtain related characteristics of balance impact roller's free impact, this is the main research subject of this paper.Based on the synthesis of the mathematical theory analysis, the actual working condition and computer simulation test process related means freedom impact of balance impact roller for further study the balance impact roller's working characteristic and technology optimization has certain directive significance the process...
