Study On The First Grade Highway Upgrade Project Traffic Organization In Inner Mongolia

According to "Highway and Waterway Transport'Eleventh Five Year'Plan of Inner Mongolia", there have be a lot of first grade highway upgrade projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the "Eleventh Five Year" period. With the development of highway construction in Inner Mongolia, the number of road upgrading works will be increased, if the construction does not take effective measures for traffic organization,the accident rate will certainly rise, bring much more losses to the society and people's lives and properties. Therefore, to carry out the study on first grade highway upgrade projects construction traffic organization is necessary.In this paper, with the research status, it proposes the road traffic organization measures in construction of first grade highway upgrade project, in order to achieve the safe and smooth road in construction of first grade Highway upgrade project. Based on actual survey data, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the Inner Mongolia provincial channels of first grade highway upgrade project. Combines with information, the paper analyzes the people, vehicles, road traffic characteristics in construction of the first grade highway upgrade project, and divides the road section of the construction area. And it carries out a detailed analysis and researches on traffic characteristics, traffic organization measures in construction of the first grade highway upgrade project.Through analysis of traffic characteristics in construction, the paper determines the organizational principles and measures of the traffic organization.It proposes the setting methods of traffic signs and markings, traffic organization measures of people, vehicles and night security, in road construction zone. Finally, combination of the actual situation of the old road expansion project XJSG-4 Contract Section in National Road 110 from Xinghe to Jining, and the characteristics of road network small density for the first grade highway in the plain, flat terrain and small cut to fill roadbed. The diversion form recommended is construction detour diversion, at last,this paper proposes the setting program of construction detours and measures to ensure smooth road of the first grade highway upgrade projects.
