Now days, with the development of the construct for urbanization, the uninterrupted increase of high-rise buildings enlarge the market demand for BMU. Above these reasons, our country is changing direction from importation to research and development by ourselves. However, the methods of design for our products are mostly draw on the experiences from the overseas products.Thanks to we are incomplete in consideration of the problems under the condition that analysis of the structure in static characteristics for special circumstances, so it may cause the errors beyond the requirements and other problems if we adopt the traditional theory of computing.â… introduced in virtual prototyping technology for dynamic simulation in the process of research and development in my discourse.To provide theoretical reference for the further design of BMU, it is necessary analysis various structural elements for the whole operation conditions and load-carrying conditions with the time passed so the interrelated parameters and results I can achieved.The main contributes are as fellows:First:I researched on the technology of data conversion interface between Pro/E that a three-dimensional entity model software and ADAMS which is a software base on the synthesis and analysis of kinematics and dynamics.â… choice the type of complex arm breaker CD250 of BMU to explain my viewpoints.Second:I can output the kinetic curves of gondola and the load-carrying curves of the main pivot points though dynamic simulation for BMU.Only by making use of these parameters to estimate the motion whether to a reasonable extent can I acquired relevant parameters in some hazardous conditions..These results can provided with important evidences for analysis of BMU and the dynamic simulation for leveling mechanism of it's work results.Third:The research base on the technology of data conversion interface between ANSYS which is a software used in finite element analysis and ADAMS.Producing the finite model of the arm breakers of BMU.Building hybrid model of rigid solid and flexible objects and analysis it, we can observe the effects of motion and load-carrying conditions by distortion from flexible objects compared with the results from rigid objects simulation.This discourse will provide with theory evidences and references for the high-performance BMU design through my research. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | BMU, ADAMS, dynamic analysis, ANSYS, virtual prototyping, hybrid model of rigid solid and flexible objects | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
