This article combines with the structural design of the hydraulic grab tube machine,researches the virtual prototyping model,it is based on virtual prototyping technology,with three dimensional design software Solidworks,virtual simulation software ADAMS and the finite element analysis technology as a development platform.This article explores the kinematics track and D-H mathematical model of the hydraulic pipe machine,computing its several important track limit location and comparing with simulation data.This article also researches a rigid-flexible coupled model and builds a rigid-flexible model of the hydraulic grab tube machine.To explore the key virtual prototyping technology,this paper mainly researches the following several aspects according to the concerned question.First of all,the subject combined with structure design of the hydraulic grab tube machine,analysis its motion characteristics,build the three dimensional model.Secondly,importing the three dimensional model to ADAMS software to research the kinematics,getting the track and the scope of work.Then,to verify the accuracy of the simulation data,this article used D-H theory calculating the several important limit location and comparing with simulation data.Finally,combine with the theoretical basis,researching the dynamics analysis under the condition of rigid-flexible coupled.Simulation and analysis of hydraulic grab tube machine,rigid flexible coupling analysis of ADAMS hydraulic grab tube machine is the first attempt in the domestic literature, the research results can provide a reference for studying the dynamic mechanical design.
