Railway electrification is the only way of achieving high-speed transporting and overloading, but also an important symbol of modern railways. As an important part of the daily operation and management of the section for power supply, the management of the Integrated Management Information Platform of the section for power supply should also be modernized, adapting to the development of railway electrification.At present, the information construction of the railway operation and management has become a hot spot and technology trends of railway development. For the traction power supply information management of section for power supply, although many departments carried out a lot of work, but because of the starting point and requirements inconsistent, formed of various types of systems with theirs own characters, un-complete functions and more defects which are difficult to be communicated and connected with each other, thus can not satisfactory the requirements of the traction power supply operation and management. So, under the new situation of today's railway reform, it is very necessary to carry out the design and research of the integrated management information platform of the section for power supply. It can provide new ideas and technical support for the great-leap-forward development of railway. It can greatly reduce the management distance, enhance management transparency and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management. It can provide technical support for the establishment of standards, norms, scientific and efficient management system. It can achieve modernization of a variety of technical resources and operational data management of section for power supply, provide timely and accurate information and decision-making basis supporting for decision-makers, achieve scientific management, standardization and standardization of the power management of railway.The paper with the investigation and analysis of section for power supply, studied with the composition of the integrated management information platform of the section for power supply and the main function of the system. Arccording to contrast and analysis the mainstream development platform and database management systems, introduced the Lotus Domino/Notes as the development platform of the system and PostgreSQL as the database management system. Analyzed and designed the overall program, architecture and security of the system. Designed the division and the function of subsystem, and gave the flow chart of each module, as well as the detailed design of the database. Designed the network architecture and the deployment structure of system. According to the actual operation of the system in Nanchang section for power supply, intrduced the implement of system.
