Railway is an important infrastructure and one of the main modes of transportation in China, with the continued strong construction and high-speed electrified railway passenger line, the position of railway in the national economy has also been improved. With the power supply section is also electrified railway construction came into being, it is a key sector for maintain and manage the railway traction power supply equipment.The world today is the era of rapid development of information technology, information technology through technical means, so as to raise the efficiency and safety of the railway operation and management of the electricity sector as possible. Although the railway sector in the operation and management of information technology has made many achievements, but in the power segment power supply management information system construction is still in the exploratory stage.
