With the rapid development of China's economy, the dynamics to infrastructure construction is increased unceasingly. In particular the rapid development of highway construction making the Vibratory Roller Road Machinery has played an increasingly important role. Roller is the medium density of additional work for the primary purpose of the construction machinery. They have been widely used in road works, ports or airports, hydroelectric projects, and defense engineering, municipal and construction of industrial areas of heavy minerals, transportation and energy development is a powerful technologies and equipment. Effective manner by mechanical compaction, can significantly improve the foundation layer of fill and pavement strength and stiffness, improve the ability of anti-infiltration and climate stability, in most cases, virtually eliminate subsidence, which can increase the carrying capacity and the life of the project, and greatly reduced maintenance costs. According to the construction principle of dynamics the different roller is the role has become static rollers, pneumatic roller, vibratory rollers and shock-type roller four series, is currently moving toward intelligent rollers, roller GPS unmanned intelligent roller direction.Each innovation of technologies and the new roller's appearance is always related to the theoretical of rollers'model researching. This thesis establishes a dynamic model with a particle and two liberty degree (level direction and erect direction), through establishing and analyzing two dynamics model equations. Discussion of particle trajectories with various parameters of the functional relationship between the study of various parameters on the impact trajectory. Intelligent roller particle dynamics model in the study, The vibration parameters on the effect of vibration response:One, the change of vibration parameters affecting the track, But different parameters in different range of the influence of different level.Two, according to the dynamic equation, when the deflection Angle in 0~90 variation, vertical vibration force and the level of amplitude vibration force respectively according to the sine cosine changes.Three, change vibratory wheel axis and horizontal angle to finish vertical vibration to horizontal vibration, and adjust the amplitude and realize flexible in vertical and horizontal directions of vibration.Adjust vibration parameters can change the vibration of the wheel, real-time monitoring of vibration compaction effect as reference for, to realize the intellectualized control roller provides a quantitative basis.
