The vibratory roller is widely used in road engineering construction to study the vibratory wheel response of the vibratory roller.The relationship between the degree of compaction and the working parameters of the vibratory roller has an important engineering significance.In this thesis,it is conducted in the aspects of dynamic model establishment,analysis,simulation test and on-site inspection test.The main work is as following:1.Set up a dynamic model of two-degrees-of-freedom of vibratory roller-soil system.Analyze the working condition of vibratory roller through model.According to the actual working condition of vibratory roller,the compaction process of vibratory roller is divided into three working conditions.By the working characteristics of vibratory roller under different working conditions are analyzed.The formula for calculating the dynamic response between the vibration wheel response and the soil was deduced.2.Determine the road roller parameters and soil parameters in the dynamic model and perform the simulation test.Verify the correctness of the used model based on the test results,and study the relationship between the vibration wheel response and the soil parameters.Using the equation equivalence method to solve the soil stiffness,soil damping and simulation parameters with vibration soil,and use MATLAB to simulate the dynamic model,the results show that the soil stiffness becomes larger with the compaction degree becomes larger.The change trend of soil damping is opposite to soil stiffness,and there is a correlation between vibration acceleration and soil stiffness.3.Introduce the compaction detection system,introduce its detection principle,and study the relationship between the vibration acceleration and compaction degree of the detection parameters.Vibration acceleration is an important detection parameter of the compaction degree detection system.The test results of the two methods were validated using the expert’s test data,and the relationship between vibration acceleration and compaction was obtained.4.Perform the orthogonal test of the working parameters of the vibratory roller to study the influence of the vibratory roller working parameters on the compaction effect and the adjustment of the vibratory roller working parameters.Through the vibration compaction test at the construction site,the compaction degree was used as the evaluation index,vibration frequency,and roller compaction speed on the compaction effect was obtained.The effect of vibration frequency on compaction degree is not as obvious as the amplitude and rolling speed.The results of simulation test are accurate,and the fitting curve of soil parameters and vibration acceleration can be used as a way to determine the vibration acceleration.The degree of influence of the operating parameters on the degree of compaction is very helpful for adjusting the operating parameters of the vibratory roller,increasing the compaction efficiency and the degree of intelligence of the vibratory roller.
