With the rapid growth of the building construction scale, the increase of highwayconstruction requires higher compact technology. Then the development of the property ofthe compactor becomes more important. And the unique design of smart mechanism andthe intelligent control technology of intelligent compactor have becoming the front area ofvibrating compactor, but how to truly acquire the changes of the earth being compactedand to automatically adjust its parameter and vibration mode according to the differcondition of the working condition have become the vital problems. To solve this problem,the thesis makes a thorough research from the following aspects:1) To acquire the simulation parameter of dynamic model, the thesis chooses thesample parameters of12tons of intelligent of compactor, and selects or computes otherparameters according to the standard of compactor, using reciprocity law equation of thehalf-space theory to confirm the stiffness and the damping parameter of the material.2) Based on the vibration compaction technology and combined with the physicaltruth, the thesis first builds the “frame-vibration wheel-earth” four degree freedomdynamic model and the equation of dynamic model, and then assumes and simplifies themodels. And utilizing the D’Alembert’s principle, the thesis has computed thedisplacement and acceleration equations of the frame and vibration wheels, which hasestablished the theoretical foundation for its later analysis and optimization.3) Through the discussions about the inner relations between the vibration wheel’saccelerated speed and the degree of compaction of the soil base and the analysis of thecompactor parameters on the dynamic response of the vibration wheel vibrationacceleration, the thesis concludes the rule that how the parameter of compactor affects thedegree of compaction of the soil base. Introducing the two compact parameters of theforce on the ground and the energy absorb by earth, the thesis has studied the degree ofcompaction and explored the influences of the roller parameters on the wheel vibrationacceleration, the ground forces and the soil absorbed energy, and further has got theworking parameter of effective of solid compact and self-adjusting methods. These studiesshow that the adjustments of the operating frequency, static eccentricity linear load on andoff mass ratio based on the different parameters under different stages of compaction ofsoil contributes to the enhancement of the roller compaction performance.4) By comparing the degree of compact and the effective of compact parameters onthe Characterization of compact ability of the compaction, the result shows that Compaction effect is more effective for the reflection of the roller compaction ability. Sothe thesis makes the Compaction effect as the optimized target and optimizes the roller soas to get the optimal excitation frequency and excitation not bounce angle under differentcompaction conditions and to get the critical amplitude, the nominal amplitude and bestrolling speed. Utilizing the function fitting method, the thesis has got the fitting curve ofthe various parameters and soil parameters, which provides the theoretical database for theoptimization of parameters of intelligent vibratory roller under different compaction stages.The optimized data shows that: the best excitation frequency is within the range of1.29to1.39times of the vibration system of second-order resonance frequency.
