In recent years,it has already been a trend that the wind turbine are toward the large power,high efficiency and reliability direction.But with this trend, a lot of problems happened because of their flaw.So many research organizations have done a lot of work to avoid the problems of frequency converter, which provide us many disadvantages. The main important goal of the efforts is not only ensuring the maximum utilization ratio of wind energy, but also ensuring invariable generator rotational speed, which is also the research purpose of this paper.Accord to the foundational concept of WinDrive hydraulic gearing boxes which are used in wind turbines units, this paper did a lot of research by combining with the characteristics of LB-46 hydraulic torque converter, and discussed if the LB-46 hydraulic torque converter can be applied in a wind turbines unit. By combining with the characteristics of LB-46 hydraulic torque converter and power split theory of planetary gear rain, And with the calculation, we have some results about veclocity of wind turbine, the important parameters of the planetary gear train, and analyzed the characteristics of the hydro-mechanical transmission which includes a planetary gear train and a set of hydraulic torque converter with 2MW power of wind pump. So we have matching calculation about a planetary gear box and Two-stage Torque converter to compute more complicated work condition. The results showed that the dynamic characteristics of the new type transmission system wins great satisfaction, and may meet the requirements of being applied in wind turbine units. |
