| With the development of national machinery industry, hydrodynamic drive is wide used in construction machinery because of a series of advantages. The matching between engine and hydrodynamic torque converter is one of the key techniques in design of hydrodynamic drive. This paper has a study on the theory of matching between engine and hydrodynamic torque converter, and some principles are put forward. A computer software is developed basing VB language, and one other computer software is developed basing MatrixVB.Content of this paper:(1)Study on the characteristic performance curve of engine and find a method to get external characteristic and accurate data from it. What is achieved with program, and this program can be used to design.(2)Complete the theory of matching between engine and hydrodynamic torque converter and make it easy used.(3)Design a easy used power-matching program, and make use of MatrixVB to resign this program in order to get a concise program. This new use is appropriate for other program.(4) Establish a databank which can be connected with program, and use it when calculate the power-matching.(5)Analysis existing matching and analysis the effect on vehicle power performance and economical efficiency.(6)The program give a report which contains any matching related data, such as Transmission parameters of vehicle, data of engine, data of hydrodynamic torque converter, characteristic curve and Evaluation indexMethod of matching between engine and hydrodynamic torque converter is completed in this paper. The computer aided design on the matching is realized. It also helps to analysis existing matching. |
