This thesis mainly analyzes the technology process,security and economy。The article analyzes the technology process of different kinds of LNG filling station on the basis of the LNG filling station with the filling capability of 1×104Nm3, chooses and matches the proper equipment to different kind of LNG filling station. Simulates and optimizes the purification and liquefaction section of the new LNGR filling station and fixes the key technical parameter, and then designed different plan of BOG liquefaction to the LNGRB filling station with different filling capability.Secondly, the security issue of LNG filling station is studied, starts with the dangers of LNG itself and the influence on human and material. The international standards related to the construction of LNG filling station is introduced. Establish the event tree of LNG filling stations fire and explosion and analyze the potential safety hazard of each part. Find out the main potential safety hazard of LNG filling station by second calculation, propose management and operation of the relevant recommendations on LNG filling station and provide guidance for the operation of filling stations.Then analyze the economy on different kind of LNG filling station on the basis of the calculation of the second chapter. Make the financial appraisal of traditional LNG filling station, and get the financial internal rate of return 22.63% after calculation, the net present value is 1.8288 million yuan, the investment recovery period is 4.4 years and it has strong profitability and a certain risk resistance capacity.
