With the increasing environmental pressure in recent years,the promotion of CNG vehicles by the state has also been gradually strengthened,further promoting the rapid development of CNG filling stations.However,the research on safety management of CNG refueling stations in China is in the initial stage and can no longer meet the actual needs of on-site management.As a result,frequent production safety accidents at CNG refueling stations have caused great personal and property losses to the society and people.Therefore,in order to ensure the steady and healthy development of CNG filling station industry in our country,the research on the safety management and safety evaluation methods of CNG filling stations has very important practical significance.This paper systematically introduces the research status of safety evaluation methods for CNG filling stations at home and abroad.Through in-depth analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various safety evaluation methods,from the aspects of human factors,environmental factors,management factors and equipment factors In consideration,a set of high-compatibility CNG filling station safety evaluation index system has been established.On this basis,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics,improved hierarchical analysis and entropy method is established.The weight of each index is calculated by improved AHP and entropy method,Index factors,comprehensive weight,and finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to determine the level of safety CNG refilling stations.In order to ensure the safety assessment results of CNG refueling stations more comprehensive and reliable,this paper introduces the ALOHA safety evaluation software into the CNG refueling station safety evaluation.Using this software to establish the combustion and explosion accident model of CNG refueling stations,and simulates the impact of the consequences.It can make up for the lack of analysis of the consequences of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system.Finally,the correctness of the above safety assessment method is verified through engineering examples.Using the evaluation results,suggestions for improvement of the weak links in the safety management of CNG filling stations are proposed to further improve the safety management level.
