In recent years, car industry has been developing rapidly in China, and with it two outstanding problems have arisen: the shortage of petroleum resources and the atmosphere pollution. In 2002 the petroleum net import rate near to 30%. At the same time the vehicle exhaust has become the primary source of air pollution in big cities. According to national energy and environment protection policy, in the past years, CNG vehicle retention and CNG filling station have been gradually increasing in China. The layout of CNG filling station is the key to decide whether the station networking can operate normally. The selection of the equipments of CNG station is the premise whether the station runs safety. As " West -Eest gas transmission" engineering is going to put into operation, Chinese east areas will establish CNG filling station in large scale. It is urgent necessary to study the evaluation of equipment technicallevel and safety of CNG station.Based on the working progress of CNG vehicle demonstration cities, the actual problems of CNG station distribution and construction,this thesis systemically researches the characteristics of investment in CNG station, the evaluation of equipment technicallevel and safety of CNG station. This thesis discusses different CNG filling action of busses and taxies with the points of view of technical economy and communication system analysis, proposes 5 principles (or assumes) which should be followed when choosing the location to build a CNG filling station. The computer-aided location choosing software is developed for urban CNG filling station layout. Based on the existing CNG stations, the reasonability of the locations of additional CNG stations is investigated to meet the users' requirements.The software is used to Evaluation of the layout of CNG filling stations in the National Demonstration Cities-Chengdu and Mianyang. Main research results and features of the thesis are as follows:(1) The evaluation method and evaluation system of CNG station is designed entirely. It is consisted of the technology economy evaluation of layout, the safety evaluation and the equipment technicallevel evaluation of CNG station.(2) The framework of CNG vehicle service system and the principle of the CNG layout and the evaluation of guideline system are analyzed. CNG vehicle customer usually by himself behavior selects CNG station for service, which builds up the customer distribution layout of urban CNG station network. It is proposed the 5 principles (or assumes) which should be followed when choosing the location to build a CNG filling station. According to the shortest distance theory, the distribution model of vehicles to CNG station is set up. With calculation the number of vehicles to the stations and the profit of CNG selling, the 3 evaluation indexes i.e. the station load factor, the investment reclaiming period, and the distance of each filling can be obtained. The comprehensive economy evaluation is conducted for CNG filling station distribution. It is set up the construction optimizing model of CNG station by many stipulations.(3) Safety of CNG filling stations in the cities is the first consideration for the plan ,design and approval persons of CNG filing stations .Aiming to the station layout ,the article analyzes the factors that influence the safety of CNG filling stations and selects the reasonable elements for safety evaluation. With test and evaluation by experts ,the article verifies the corresponding weight for fuzzy of influence ,the safety evaluation model of CNG filling stations is set up .The model is demonstrated by real examples .It makes the evaluation quantitative and particles.(4) It is urgent and quality analysis of CNG station .So from the two aspects of technology and economy ,the article discusses the principles and hierarchy analysis method of evaluation index system for technical level of equipment in CNG filling stations ,and develop the frame model and hierarchy structure model of evaluation index system for technical level of equipment in CNG filling station ,...
