In the trend of global environment increasing deterioration, In order to implement the strategy goal that reduce 20% energy consumption in eleventh five-year plan, A new energy saving generation dispatch will be carry out in power generation step. Under the national policy of energy-saving and environment-protecting, how to combine a new generation scheduling mode with the market mechanism is an issue worthy of further studying. In the background of greenhouse effect, at present, the generally accepted way to reduce carbon emission is CCS(carbon capture and storage) in the world. It will be carbon capture power plant after introducing the technology of CCS in the traditional power plant. The carbon capture power plant has a wide application prospect. As the goal of carbon reduction emission become clear increasingly, it is urgent need to consider the control of carbon emission in electric dispatch. In this background",low carbon electrical dispatch"becomes the new research area. Therefore, it undoubtedly has practical significance to research the dispatch characteristic of carbon capture power plant and reveal its role in the mechanism of the power system.First, in the view of the shortcoming that the static divided method can't descript the load change meticulously, A new dynamic divided method——Generalized PSO Algorithm is put forward in this article, at the same time, Energy Trajectory Simulation Algorithm is used to fuse the sub-process and extract the characteristics section with energy trajectory. The suggested method can reflect the change of load efficiently.Second, in order to consider energy conservation and protection in market mechanism, the multi-objective daily generation scheduling model is built consideration to energy conservation and environmental protection. Introduction of goal satisfaction degree and goal close degree, then transform the multi-objective model into the single-objective model. Solve the problem with optional power flow method. Decision-maker can make interactive solution via adjusting goal satisfaction degree and close degree, so as to receive satisfactory results balancing each aspect, and make the daily generation scheduling base on the goal of low-economic cost and low-polluted gas discharge.Last, under the application of power plant with carbon capture set, a new daily generation scheduling model which considering carbon capture is presented in the paper. Introduce the energy consumption coefficient of carbon capture system during the process of solution, which can constraint the weight of pure power output and the power out consumption in carbon capture system, Utilize the optimal power flow algorithm to solve the problem and arrange the Daily Generation Scheduling flexibly.
