| In laboratory conditions Load simulator is a half material installment to simulate the request force (torque) on the bearing object. With the development of science and technology, to flight simulator's mobility and control precision's that is getting higher and higher request, these properties of the load simulator higher and higher request which promoted load simulator's research development.Based on read massive domestic and foreign materials, this paper summarized the domestic and foreign Load simulator's present situation. By analyzing and comparing the domestic and foreign Load Simulator found that they mainly study how to minimize the disturbance torque to improve loading system's static and dynamic performance. However, the traditional electro-hydraulic load simulator is a typical passive-type electric hydraulic servo system. The loading system strongly interfered by the position of the steering gear will have a strong surplus torque, which seriously affecting the loading system's dynamic and static quality.Principles of traditional methods generate extra torque that caused issues such as insufficient accuracy. This paper studies a new loading method, using friction load, to improve the performance of the system load. This paper designs the mechanical structure using by friction load, and drew its engineering diagram, design circuit hydraulic system for future experimental study laid a good foundation.According to the design structure, using finite element software ANSYS analysis the structure's static and dynamic performance, confirmed the material properties meet the structural required strength, structural frequency is much higher than the natural frequency requirements. In view of new load simulator's structure, determine the parameters of the new system. Analysis the frequency of the new load simulator, and main analysis the friction coefficient and spring stiffness parameters affected the performance of the system. New load simulator in the step signal, ramp signal and different frequency sine signal stability analysis, theoretically verify the performance of the new load simulator has laid a good foundation for future experimental research. |
