Informational changing in military affairs and developing of high technology bring on the request of missile weapon system design becoming higher and more rigorous. It demands design of missile weapon systems content to various synthesized index, including performance, cycle, cost, adaptability, reliability, etc. It demands missile weapon system have benign system, synthesis, expansibility. It demands missile weapon system can share information resource. It demands user can scout and pick-up useful information in whole life cycle of missile weapon system at any moment.Traditional design method of missile weapon system is a design method for performance, aiming to improving performance of missile. By all appearances it can't content on campaign request for high-technology war. So, dissertation brings forward a new design method, names balanced design for effectiveness. This new method pursues satisfaction for effectiveness of missile weapon system, taking the thought of effectiveness into whole life cycle of missile weapon system, considering max-play of effectiveness in whole life cycle of missile weapon system, and taking experimental data and actual combat's data after design as powerful gist for improving the missile weapon system.Dissertation researches mostly on content hereinafter:First of all, define something about balanced design for effectiveness in the dissertation. I have defined effectiveness, design for effectiveness, balanced design in proper sequence, and defined balanced design for effectiveness base on former definitions, it is cornerstone of this new design method;Secondly, establish the techno-frame supporting balanced design for effectiveness and bring forward some key technologies need resolved via analyzing, such as effectiveness analysis and evaluation, cooperative game, integration, etc, point out status of every technologies in balanced design for effectiveness;Thirdly, present balanced design for effectiveness flow for missile weapon system in whole life cycle, especially point out the process of effectiveness analysis and evaluation, choose key arithmetic for MDO and co-evolution arithmetic being used to cooperative game as key arithmetic for this system info. Lastly, analysis some distributed and digital simulation systems have existed, and assume a distributed and digital simulation system for design to supporting, using, validating balanced design for effectiveness.
