Surface To Air Missile Weapon System Effectiveness Evaluation

Research on effectiveness evaluation of Surface-to-Air Missile System not only reflects the military value of anti-aircraft weaponry, but also is an important work of equipment feasibility study. Only we evaluate the effectiveness of Surface-to-Air Missile System, can we provide the scientific decision-making of design, development, qualitative, maintenance and upgrades for air defense weapon system and avoid the unnecessary human, material and financial resources to waste. In this paper, ADC method and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are proposed to evaluate the system, the main work carried out as follows:Firstly, according to the composition and characteristics of the surface-to-air missile weapon system, the initial state of the system is divided into64possible states. On the basis of the principle that the same parts is the same function, the system is merged into five different states, and the system availability row vector expression formula are listed with the Related definitions of reliability and maintainability. And also with the related definitions of credibility and the state which may transfer in the course of combat, we can obtain the matrix of the system’s credibility.Secondly, analyze the performance and characteristics of the surface-to-air missile weapon system, clear the various components factors of surface-to-air missile weapon system ability indicator system. And based on the characteristics, the establish principles and establish methods of system ability indicator system, the system ability indicator system of surface-to-air missile weapon system is established.Then, by using the method of AHP, according to the experience and judgment of the experts, a judgment matrix with consistency test is builded, and then we can calculate all indicators relative weights of the surface-to-air missile weapon system capability index system. Also by using the related theories of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, combined with the judge of pros and cons by the experts, each composed index membership degree vector can be calculated.Finally, the method of ADC effectiveness evaluation and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed, and combined with the usability and credibility of the system, the system can be evaluated.
