With the increase of human's space activities, the space debris environment is getting more and more deteriorated. Hypervelocity collisions between space debris and spacecrafts have became a more seriously hazard to space flights. Space debris greatly restricted further development of human space exploration. Space debris environment engineering model is a foundation of the risk assessment and defend structural design of spacecraft. Lack of reliable engineering model will result in failure to assess the impact injury and risk of failure, and also can not design reasonable protection structure. In this paper, summarize a mathematical processing procedure to transform space debris environment exploration data into input data format of engineering model. Basic on the output of ORDEM2000, construct the mathematical expression of flux and space density. The main work is as follows:First, research abroad main ground radar observation data and in-situ measurement data, summarize a mathematical processing procedure to transform space debris environment exploration data into input data format of engineering model.Secondly, assume that the longitude of the ascending node and arguments of perigee of objects are randomly distributed in space. Construct the mathematical expression of flux and space density on the basis of output of ORDEM2000, Initially establish a method to model low Earth orbit space debris environment.Finally, verify the precision of my mode by comparing my results with ORDEM2000 and Haystack/HAX radar observation data. Basing on this modeling technique, propose a general concept of exploring low Earth orbit space debris environment.In this paper, summarize a mathematical processing procedure to transform space debris environment exploration data into input data format of engineering model. Preliminary establish a method to model low Earth orbit space debris environment. Propose a general concept of exploring near-Earth orbit space debris environment. It is a technical basis for further research on space debris environment and establishing an independent space debris environment engineering model.
