As the surface water temperature in winter in the north is relatively low, is generally believed that surface water source heat pump is not used in winter in the north. But in some special cases, surface water temperature is quite substantial. For example, in hydropower station downstream of the river, upstream of the river hydropower station will be a lot of potential energy into heat leading to the downstream river temperatures. At this point we can use the station into the lower reaches of the river to its surface water source heat pump heating unit to a room. In this paper, Fengman dam downstream river as test subjects, heating was carried out feasibility analysis.First systematically expounded the principle of surface water source heat pump, classification, introduced the open, closed, and the characteristics of the surface water source heat pump design points of the two systems. On the surface water source heat pump in Wuhan, Hunan, Chongqing, Shenyang application in various areas to do a feasibility survey and analyzed the survey results a conclusion.Second survey of Jilin City's climate, water resources, analysis of the energy conversion Fengman Hydropower Station and the upstream and downstream river water temperature, surface water source heat pump can draw in the application of the conclusions of Jilin City. Proposed three new heat pump heating system, The dual heat source heating system, water / water heat pump and the household water / air constitute the single, double heat pump systems, water / water heat pump and the water / water heat pump constitutes a single, centralized, two-stage heat pump systems,and describes their characteristics and applications. Analysis of water source heat pump and water source heat pump run-time two-stage coupling the total heating efficiency ratio, as well as three new heat pump heating system heating season performance factor comparison.And then single-stage surface water source heat pump heating system in Jilin feasibility experiments. Simulated winter conditions in Jilin City's water resources, by doing low-temperature heat source of low surface water source heat pump test to prove the feasibility of single-stage heating, and order data. Coupling of the two-stage water / water heat pump heating system in the application of Jilin City were studied. Analyzed the experimental data by, respectively, from the technical and economic analysis of the two-stage coupling the water / water heat pumps in Jilin feasibility of the application.Finally, the experimental error sources and error handling various tests on the single, two-stage surface water source heat pump error analysis.
