Along with the astronautics technology's unceasing development, the miniature mass spectrometer gradually becomes one of the essential scientific instruments of the aviation and astronautics domain. Embarked from the miniature ion trap mass spectrometer's structure work principle, we design a system of software and hardware to coordinate its work according to the topic's demand.This article is divided into four parts by function. They are circuit design of secondary power, design of filament current source for ion source, heating and temperature controlling on lunar soil and the design of sampling device controlling system. The whole miniature mass spectrometer has only an extra 24v voltage input from the lunar exploration platform, so we must design several secondary powers which miniature mass spectrometer needs. As the special requirements of aerospace equipment, the circuit should meet the high reliable and efficiency as high as possible and should work properly in a wide temperature range. The sampling device controlling system is to take lunar soil into the heating equipment automatically in the control of digital signal processor. The temperature controlling system is to heat the lunar and to keep the temperature for several minutes,then the lunar soil will volatile stable gas which will be detected easily by miniature mass spectrometer. Because the detecting objects are charged ions. This paper designs the filament current source which is to produce electrons beam. The electrons will be used to bombard the volatile gas and make them ionized.This paper completed the design of hardware and software according to the above four parts, the hardware includes the circuit of secondary power, the circuit of filament current source for ion source, the circuit of controlling temperature and sampling device controlling system. The design of software is designed based on the corresponding hardware which includes controlling of filament current, lunar soil's temperature and sampling device. I did performance test for every part. Through the actual debugging, every part meets the system's demands.
