This dissertation mainly deals with the integrated case packer. A system program is proposed, and the process of the machine is analyzed. A control system based on new controller is developed, including its hardware and software. A packing experiment is done. The following work has been accomplished.â–¡Utilizing the functional block diagram method, the system functional requirements are analyzed. The whole system is divided into seven sub-systems, and the solving plans of the sub-systems are proposed according to the system functional requirements analysis. The overall solving plan is designed after completing the system layout design.â–¡The process of the machine is divided into six sub-processes according to the detail process analysis. The process model of the integrated case packer is established. The amendments improving the efficiency are proposed according to the process model analysis.â–¡A control system based on Simotion D435 is proposed according to the detail control requirements analysis. The hardware system is designed, including the equipment selection, hardware configuration, network configuration and the circuit design.â–¡The robot control software and the integrated case packer control software are developed base on the detail software functional requirements analysis. The HMI of the machine is designed at the same time.â–¡A robot motion path suitable for the packing process is proposed. The motion parameters are designed. A packing experiment is done to verify the correctness of these parameters.These research results have been used in the prototype development, and make the packing efficiency of the equipment reach the level of foreign products.
