Motorcycle vibration has a significant impact on motorcycle driving comfort and fatigue life. It is also the bottleneck of the development motorcycle technology. So using the finite element method in vibration analysis of motorcycle is one of the most important research. Based on a 150 motorcycle as the research object, this article uses finite element method to analyze motorcycle vibration ender the influence of Engine excitation, and analyzes the vibration contribution which from motorcycle each mode to the motorcycle and propose improvement.Firstly, establishes finite element analysis model of motorcycle frame and Compares the results with experimental modal analysis to Verify the accuracy of the model. And then establishes other parts of the motorcycle Finite element model, such as engines, front and rear shock absorber, front fork, bank fork , and wheels to Complete motorcycle finite element model.Secondly, analyzes the vibration excitation of the motorcycle. Analyzes the road excitation to obtain the time-domain model of road roughness. according to experimental results of Engine Balance, Calculates the excitation function expression of motorcycle engines for the calculation and analysis of follow-up.Finally, calculates motorcycle vibration velocity under the first and second inertial force of the engine, analyzes the vibration contribution which from motorcycle each mode to the motorcycle and propose improvement. Calculates variety of improvement measures the impact of vibration on the motorcycle and determines the feasibility of improvement measures.
