At present, motorcycle products all utilize computer and dynamic in developed country and Taiwan area, while domestic design still remain on static state such as mapping copy, static intensity checking. There will exist a big problem to simplify the dynamic question to the static question. It can't avoid destroying the structure fatigue. We couldn't control the vibration and noise effectively if we didn't study the dynamic characteristic. It is very important to undergo dynamic analysis on motorcycles so that we can increase driving safety or comfort and reduce environmental noise.The paper discusses the vibration characteristic of motorcycle frame by means of finite element analysis . Through a lot of modal analysis for frame we can understand its dynamic analysis. It is an important evidence to solve the problem of motorcycle vibration, and has great value. The contributions of the paper are:I .Analyzing the limitation conditions and structural characteristic, set up a effective frame module.II .To conclude the possible inherent frequency and apropriate vibration model through lots of modal analysis analysis.III. To realize motorcycles dynamic characteristic comparing the theory with testing modal characteristic.IV .To put up a new improved way of reducing frame vibration on the basis of frame modal analysis.
