Water resource is the vita natural resources to human beings and is also the strategic economic resources to the development of economy and society. With the quickly development of society and economy, the contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources becomes more aculeate. Tianjin is a typical city short of water resources, per capita water resources is only 160m3 and shortage of water resources has influenced economic development seriously. Therefore, study on Multiple sources of water Integrated allocation in Tianjin ,so that rational use of limited water resources to maximize efficiency and achieve the Tianjin Economic, social, environmental and ecological coordination of development has become a very urgent task. This article has been made of the contents are:1. Allocation theoretical methods of water resources at home and abroad were analyzed and summarized, the introduction of multi-Agent optimal allocation of water resources research, the advantage of multi-Agent Theory of Optimization and Simulation of a variety of sources in an integrated configuration was considered.2. Discusses the city water system in detail, the composition of the various characteristics, meaning a variety of sources integrated configuration, and its relationship with national economic development. Systematically expounded the concept of Agent and Multi Agent, modeling approach and the theory of multi-agent modeling and simulation's application Currently.3. On the basis of the analysis water resources in Tianjin, Water resource multi Agent system model framework was constructed .the Agent on the system's behavior, organizational structure was in-depth study, compiled with the language with c # multiple sources agent simulation program, using already collected data on water resources in Tianjin simulation.
