The Design Of One-dimension Combustion Furnace And The Experiment Study Of Pulverized Coal System

Along with the domestic and international increasing solicitude for environmental protection .Contaminant NO_x and SO₂ emitted from coal combustion of the power plant are increasing threats to environment and human health ,which become an urgent problem to be solved.According to the equipment buying plan of the key laboratory of Ministry of Education put up the one-dimension combustion stove, which is used mainly to reduce the emission and which has certain versatility, not only can carry out the combustion of coal fines but also can carry out the hot form experiment platform of pullutive control experiment.This paper is designed for the entire dimension combustion stove system , the system of coal fines giving ,the stove body ,the sampling system ,the controlling system and the tail flue system . The coal fines giving is guarantee the key with accurately reliable experiment,the system of coal fines giving is formed spiral giving firstly and then soaked drum giving , the accurately steady requirement of powder and that uniformity can satisfy experiment. this experiment has better reappearance.
