Planning Strategy Research On Contemporary Urban Building Complex Basing On Characteristics Of Multi-Employer

With the continuous development of city, the population of urban part increasingly gathered together, the use of land of urban place inclined to be insufficient. The appearance and flourishing development of urban building complex were promoted because of the strengthen of the gathered level of city. However, the research of the theory of construction, experience and method are relatively weak. How to deal with the flourishing development of urban building complex in urban planning is a tough question needs to be resolved in front of us.In the paper, with the basis of research to characteristics of multi-employer in urban building complex, planning strategies of the following aspects are deliberated: framework of urban building complex, Jinan urban building complex, regional and basing environment, organization system, sub-functional system, and public space. The paper is divided into four chapters, in which the series of problems about urban building complex are discussed gradually thorough.According to the logical order, the urban building complex is researched: problem posing, the basic research, the countermeasure analysis, and application of strategies. Firstly, the following aspects are researched: correlation theory and law about urban building complex , the effect factors to the evolutions and development of urban society, economy, culture environment, and building complex. In the paper it is analyzed about employers'building demands and the character in use. The theory and factor character of urban planning are arranged and summarized, and the design factors are formed. Secondly, according to multi-employer'design factors and the elements character of urban building complex, it is analyzed and researched gradually about detailed design factors of regional and basing environment, organization system, sub-functional system, and public space. Finally, with the research to planning strategies of Jinan urban building complex, planning strategies are applied into practice, and planning achievements are formed in which the chief components include design strategies, design guide, design condition, and design drawing. And it provides building theoretical system, which combines rigid index and elastic strategy, to Jinan urban building complex.
