The era of knowledge economy and globalized competition led to more companies paying the great importance to the ability of talent attraction and retention.As the economy of China enters the“new normal”stage,the labor market shifted from traditional leading position of employers to the mutual choice of both employers and employees.Employer branding and talent acquisition thus has grown increasingly as the strategic solution in answering the human resources challenges.At the current economy status,manufacturing companies moving to lower cost 2nd and 3rd tier cities will be the long term unchangeable trend in the future.How the manufacturing companies keep attracting and recruiting talents in local market is a big HR management strategy.This research took company W,a typical multinational manufacturing company as an example and its employees as target research audience,analyzed and compared its employer branding proposition in 1st tier and 2nd-3rd tier cities among employees for finding out the difference and the root cause for the connection with local employees to provide the attraction influencing model with future talent acquisition strategy reference and actions...
