The Characteristics Construction Research Of Eastern New Towns From The Perspective Of Jinan City

With the rapid expansion of urbanization,the construction of new areas and new towns in our country is advancing rapidly.In the construction of new urban areas,the spatial construction tends to be homogeneous,and the crisis of spatial characteristics of new urban areas is particularly significant.Jinan is a well-known Spring City in the world.It has always been known as "one city,half city and half city lake".The city has very regional characteristics.The eastern new town of Jinan is the center of the eastern city of Jinan and an important window to show the modern style of Quancheng.The eastern new town is developing in the modern direction.At the same time,it presents the common problems of "one side of a thousand cities" in the new district landscape and lack of regional characteristics in space.Therefore,to analyze the spatial characteristics of the new urban area,make up for the shortcomings of the current situation,and explore how to integrate the regional characteristics of Quancheng into the future renewal and planning of the new urban area are the focus of the study of the eastern new town.This paper is divided into six parts.In the first chapter,the background,significance,content,scope and research status at home and abroad are presented.The second chapter is about the basic theoretical research and experience of the spatial characteristics of the new urban area.Through the theoretical study of the urban spatial characteristics and the understanding of the development of the new urban area,the paper puts forward the connotation of the shaping of the spatial characteristics of the new urban area,and sums up the reference points of the new urban area in eastern Jinan through the analysis of classical cases.In the third chapter,through the analysis and summary of Jinan’s characteristics from the perspective of natural environment,historical and humanistic environment and the evolution of urban construction,we can find some enlightenment in shaping the spatial characteristics of the eastern new town,especially in the pursuit of the concept of the coexistence of man and nature,the integration of spring and citizen’s life,and the integration of mountain,lake and river cities.Chapter IV interprets the current situation of the spatial characteristics of theeastern Jinan New Town,digs in depth the natural,human and landscape characteristics of resources,summarizes the characteristics of the status quo and existing problems,and puts forward the demand for the construction of the spatial characteristics of the eastern New Town.The fifth chapter is the core content of the paper.Firstly,it puts forward four strategies of creating spatial characteristics,which are the fusion of natural characteristics,the construction of era characteristics,the display of humanistic characteristics and the continuation of cultural context of Quancheng.Then,it elaborates the eastern new city space based on the characteristics of Quancheng from five aspects: the construction of natural ecological characteristics,the structure of spatial characteristics,the construction of characteristic landscape,the construction of key areas and the expression of characteristic elements.The design methods and key points for the construction of inter-feature are as follows: to construct the urban spatial base and ecological pattern which are integrated with landscape cities;to integrate and repair the landscape order and to establish the spatial order of the eastern new town;to focus on the construction of characteristic landscape and the repair and stitching of public space,to transform and collage public space,to extract the elements of regional characteristics into the detailed design,and to arouse springs.Place memory of city characteristics.Based on the principle of exploring the construction of the spatial characteristics of the new town in the East and highlighting the characteristics of the spring city,this paper aims to realize the modern transformation of the characteristics of the spring city in the new town area in the future by creating good natural ecological characteristics,improving the quality of visual space,blending regional culture,increasing the implication of natural mountains and rivers,and grasping the characteristic nodes of key areas.The spatial characteristics of the eastern new town with the characteristics of color and time.
