Study On Risk Assessment And Management Of Development Project For Armored Equipment

As China continuing to accelerate the pace of national defense construction, increasing research projects scope of armored equipment, and increasing complexity of technological processes, armored equipment research projects have become as the set of economic, technical, managerial, organizational aspects of the integrated research activities. Various types of risks have significantly increased, and mutual relations have become complicated. Armored equipment research project risks have become a compelling one of the key issues in national defense building. It is an urgent need for risk assessment and management of the armored equipment to ensure the project of developing a "fast, high-quality" in carrying out to improve the research capability of China's national defense and armed forces.This paper first analyzes the development of armored equipment, project risk evaluation and management of the necessity and significance of research, summarizes the status of armored equipment through the development of project risk management theory of exploration and study, makes armored equipment development project risk management of the Hall structure model; Secondly based on the research project to build an armored equipment, risk evaluation index system and BP neural network-based risk assessment model of armored equipment are constructed. And armored equipment of a particular model of my research project is carried out through risk assessment of empirical analysis. The results show that developing a comprehensive risk evaluation model in the design of armored equipment is correct and practical. Finally, according to the results of the evaluation research project, the paper studies the development of armored equipment, and proposes risk control measures.In this study, armored equipment development project risk evaluation and management of a system and a number of key technologies and methods are studied. Risk management can be penetrated into the whole process of equipment research project to develop sustainable and efficient management.
