The problems of environment and resources are becoming more and more serious.Along with the rapid development of China’s urbanization,building energy consumption and pollution are continue to increase. So the implementation of green building is the effective way to improve the living environment and solve the problem of resources. It is also people’s common choice. Green building is the expansion and promotion of sustainable development, and it is likely to become the dominant trend in the future.Compared with the general construction, green building in all stages is proposed higher requirements. Coupled with the development of green building in our country is late and lack of experience, the development has more risk. The development of green building in the whole life cycle to identify risk factors and evaluate is mainly studied in this paper. It can provide some reference value for the development of the developer. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Scientifically summarize the literature on green building and the risk of green building in domestic and abroad is did in the paper. And it expounds the urgency and necessity of developing green building for the developers.(2) The characteristics of green building, risk characteristics, the difference of general architecture and the risk management theory are analyzed in the paper.Combined with the development management process of green building, design the principle of the index system. Then in the paper17 major risk factors that impact green building development are received, and based on the risk factors,the paper establishes the risk rating index system and production the green building project development risk assessment questionnaire.(3) Through the research, the risk assessment model of green building development based on multi-level grey analysis and principal component analysis is established. In the model, according to the characteristics of the risk of green buildingproject, put the theory of variable weight theory and the theory of limited rationality to the determination of the weight of green building risk index. It makes the risk assessment more accurate.(4) Scientifically analyzing the risk management of a green building project development. Expert scoring method to evaluate the risk factors is used, then the risk evaluation of a project is carried out by using the multi-level grey evaluation model and the principal component analysis based on SPSS. The rationality, practicability and operability of the index system and model are verified in the paper.
