Research On The Energy-saving Reconstruction Process Of Existing Houses In Tangshan City

The energy-saving reconstruction Process of existing houses in Tangshan is not only an important part of energy-saving and reduction work in china, but also a posive try in the urban renewal. There are a great many houses in Tangshan, most of which are old and of Low quality. The reconstruction is of great value, however, because of the inherent difficulty in the reconstruction and the inadequate understanding of the government, this work falls into trouble.This thesis introduced the implementation measures in Tangshan'work, proposing that the conflict between financing and the will of stakeholders is the key problem. But essentially, It is the lack of comprehensive checking in the project choosing and the lack of democracy that constraints the whole work. In the first area, the extent of energy-saving is the only considering factor.As a result ,the economy value and financing capability is neglected,the demand of city development and comprehensive reconstruction of the houses is neglected too.To solve this problem, building a comprehensive choosing system is necessary . In the second area ,the government has not do full communication with the residents on the reconstruction plan,which caused resistance on the work.This condition could be improved by strengthening the public participation.This thesis includes four parts. The first part introduces the background of the study. The second part studies on the case of the Tangshan and conclude the essencail problem. The third part comes into problem analysis. The fourth part summaries the study result and provides advise.This thesis looks into the event in the urban planning way. By analying the true fact, this study may give useful advise to the real pratice. And at the same time, it also gives reference to the housing sustainable development work.
