Existing residential buildings with high energy consumption,poor living comfort,proportion of total construction scale,is real difficult to achieve building energy-saving goals.Firstly,new theory and new technology of building energy-saving was analyzed.Secondly,the structure of exterior wall thermal insulation system,the form and composition of the roof insulation system,energy-saving doors and windows selection,energy saving technology of building heating system were discussed.Then,the experience and lessons learned from the energy saving transformation of existing buildings in Tangshan City since 2000 were summarized.Finally,the key technologies for Existing residential buildings energy saving in Tangshan City was studied by combining of theory and practical cases.Subject to a residential building area in Tangshan as a case,through comparative analysis,some key technologies for existing residential buildings energy saving were put forward.No cavity external thermal insulation system was used in exterior wall energy saving.Upright type roof insulation system and color steel slope shape roof were adopted in roof energy-saving.Extruded polystyrene board was selected as insulation material.After checking of building shape coefficient and the area ratio of window to wall,thermal performance of exterior wall,roof,balcony,windows and doors was calculated in detail.The thickness of building thermal insulation layer was determined.Household heat metering was extended in building heating system implementation.Static balance valve was installed to ensure upper and lower hydraulic equilibrium.Indoor heating temperature control valve was installed to ensure the uniform indoor room temperature.Self-operated pressure control valve was installed in order to achieve different building hydraulic balance.After the implementation of Existing residential building,building energy-saving rate was 63.2%. |
