| Aiming at the limitations of the traditional design method of the industrial production line,this research based on virtual design technology,centered upon OpenGL, a virtual design prototype tool has been developed. In the virtual environment,using the prototype tool the posture and position of production line equipment can be set up and adjust interactively,the three-dimensional visual part of production line was realized.The tool provided technical support for the research and analysis of production line.The main works are summarized as follows:Firstly,analyzed the structure of modern production line from the static and dynamic angles,and summarized the general design content of the production line. By discussing the effect and application scope of virtual simulation , the flow is summarized . Combined with the needs of practical production line and the development of the virtual simulation put forward the function requirements that Virtual simulation platform is required to keep.Using object-oriented method,simulation system is divided into three object model,and based on this,puts forward the reasonable system structure , make each functional of simulation platform integration up.The paper research priority is the realization of each module in the system structure.Secondly,on the base of the above analysis,using VC++ establish the application program framework based on OpenGL.Meanwhile based on the essentials of the computer graphics,the designers could actualize interactive manipulations to 3D equipment models in the virtual environment by using the 2D input-output devices. Realize the production line layout of the 3D visualization.Finally,using prototype system,complete IMC 3D design simulation work,this also shown that the prototype system is effective. |
