Germany proposed "Industry 4.0",which opened the prelude to a new generation of industrial revolution.In order to improve China's industrial international competitiveness,China has proposed the "Made in China 2025" plan and proposed "Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering" as a key link in industrial production.However,at present,most enterprises in China are still in an extensive and empirical stage in the layout of workshops and production lines in industrial production.There are large time and resource costs in the manufacturing process.Workshops and production lines are urgently need to upgrade.In view of the problems existing in the workshops and production lines of most manufacturing enterprises in China,this article takes a canning equipment company in Changchun as an example,and takes its industrial production workshops and production lines as the research objects.It mainly studies the layout optimization of the workshop and the scheduling design of the production line and industrial simulation software,the main contents are as follows:(1)Optimization of workshop layout: Through the analysis of workshop logistics and equipment conditions,I established a mathematical model of the equipment layout in the workshop;Considering a series of physical constraints of the workshop layout,based on the principle of minimum logistics costs in the workshop,I designed an adaptability function with a penalty factor,discussed and analyzed the choice of logistics distance matrix;I propose an Extenics-based Particle Swarm Optimization(EPSO),which introduces Extenics and Tent mapping into particle swarms,useing Extenics 'evaluation function to optimize the selection of particles to increase the algorithm 's convergence ability,using the chaotic nature of Tent mapping to increases the algorithm's global search capability.Through simulation experiments,I compared the proposed algorithm with the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally,I give the solution results and plan the optimal logistics layout for a canning equipment company in Changchun.(2)Production line scheduling and design: For the flexible job shop problem(FJSP),I plan and design the form of the production line according to the production order and process requirements.I design a hybrid genetic algorithm(Simulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm,SAGA)based on the annealing principle,adopt dual coding methods based on processing procedures and processing machines,design corresponding legal crossover and mutation operations,and solve the schedule with the shortest maximum processing time through SAGA Program.Finally,according to the processing scheduling sequence of the solution,I determine the connection of the equipment in space,and give a reconstruction design plan of the production line of a certain canning equipment company in Changchun.(3)Production simulation system: The designed production line form is just the presentation of data,which is not intuitive enough for industrial production.Therefore,I developed production line simulation software to perform three-dimensional animation simulation on the design results.First choose the development tools: I choose the VC development environment and build a virtual simulation platform with OpenGL;I analyze the software system structure and design the software architecture;and complete the development process with the software function as the context.Finally,I give the simulation system,input the designed production line and the planned processing scheduling plan into the developed simulation software,and intuitively simulate the processing effect of the production line through dynamic three-dimensional animation.
