Research On Facility Layout Method For Workshop Based On Virtual Simulation

The design of workshop is the precondition of production logistics. Based on the summarization of the development course of the facility layout, on the basis of analyzing the advantages of virtual simulation and the modeling process of the workshop layout, which is based on the virtual environment, a virtual simulation methodology about workshop layout is presented to overcome the disadvantages of traditional methods: mathematics optimization. In this article, we present the basic principle of facility layout, systematic layout planning and the key technique of systematic simulation, from the appliance point of view, analyzed the optimize process of workshop layout based on virtual environment. A model of numerical simulation is designed by using some kinds of simulation software. Contrast the correlative assessment index with each other, the layout scheme of the production system is given by simulating and analyzing, and the method of layout optimization based on virtual simulation is applied in the correct workshop. This method provides the optimization and layout of the related manufacture system with a highly effective and efficient way.
