Based on the situation of small batch and diversified marine diesel engine displayed by market, its key parts displayed low efficiency and unstable welding quality. So research on welding technology integration of welding simulation, off-line programming and welding database system was put forward. To play their respective superiority and the overall benefits has signification rule.By analyzing a simple thermo elastic-plastic model, describing the mechanism of inherent strain, inherent strain finite element method was applied to frame deformation calculation, the equivalent load loaded in inherent strain area, the current frame welding the inherent strain finite element analysis to calculate the deformation. Optimizing welding sequence to reduce welding deformation and put forward symmetrical dual-robot welding.With the research on the robot system, the use of KUKA SimPro, fixture and analog parts of the association and assembly were set up a match with the experimental environment. Using KUKA Officelite virtual robot controller, setting the virtual robot system environment, and simulation was conducted for offline programming for welding, and upload to the actual robot system, achieved the desired quality of welding, providing technical guidance for the future of the dual robot workstation off-line programming.By analyzing the demand for marine diesel engine manufacturers, database system was developed. Adapt the information network needs, using distributed client/server mode, established a systems network model, designed knowledge base, inference engine, and developing a system of reasoning work flow, procedures explain etc. Database system based on functional requirements, and the system was divided into several functional modules, including system security module, process design module, data management, knowledge retrieval module. Design the interface of these functions modules to suit the needs of users.Procedures were designed for function, and modular program made the program more concise. Reasonable arrangements for system interface completed a data query; management, output functions, and particularly the welding process interface obtained a more beautiful, simple interface, and formed a set of online welding database system.
