With the development of science and technology,the traditional mode of industrial production needed to be upgraded,intelligent manufacturing has brought a new round of industrial revolution.Europe,United States,Japan and South Korea have completed the application of welding robot sub assembly production line.The welding robot has been applied to the automobile production line in China,and it has not been used in the shipbuilding industry.NACKS has built a sub assembly production line.The two major shipbuilding industry groups are setting up sub assembly production line.This paper analyzes the key technology and puts forward the corresponding solutions for backward production mode of sub assembly,and solves the problems that the welding robot applies to the sub assembly production line,to achieve a highly efficient production of welding robot sub assembly production line.This paper introduces the current establishment situation of sub assembly production line both at home and abroad,expounds the meaning of production line establishment,analyzes the problems with the application of welding robots in the production line and puts forward the key technology needed to break through.Based on the capacity of welding robot sub assembly production line,the neural network algorithm combined with similarity principle and group technology is used to classify the sub assembly,make the group stand on the production line to obtain the batch benefit and ensure the production line continuous operation.Based on the selected sub assembly,this paper proposes the feature modeling technology for the welding robot sub assembly production line.Based on the basic information in Tribon model,the feature model is established,which provides the data base for the model library of production line.This paper analyzes the construction of the welding process database,designs the welding process database structure,analyzes the welding parameters,carries on the welding experiment,carries out weld quality testing,selects the optimal combination of parameters and creates a welding process table for the welding process database to provide data.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the production line,it is necessary to establish a perfect management system.This paper uses RFID technology and electronic billboard technology to monitor the production line,establishes a new set of coding system and mathematical model based on dynamic monitor of production to provide the basis for the monitoring solutions,realizes a comprehensive management of the production line based on the SEM system.The paper focuses on the analysis of key technology to the welding robot sub assembly production line.The key technology is integrated and applied based on a shipyard,providing the basis for establishing the production line.This paper provides constructive suggestion for further research on sub assembly production line.
