With the building level number and height increasing, the much higher request is bring up for the aseismic performance design and the capacity of building structure to withstand the vertical force and horizontal force , thus the use of ordinary concrete and steel structure are subject to certain restrictions, the application of high-strength concrete will become a trend. High-strength concrete have much advantages such as high strength, little deformation, etc. The only disadvantage of high-strengh concrete is the poor ductility. If this difficult problem can be solved, the high- strength concrete will have broad applications.Experimental studies have shown that the major failure mode of high-shear wall in the high strength concrete are flexure shear failure and bending type failure, but the major failure mode of low-shear wall is brittle failure. In order to improve the aseismic performance and failure mode of high-strengh concrete low-shear wall, this paper consider that add some section steel in the concealed column and set diagonal bracing in the web plate of high-strengh concrete low-shear wall. The main purpose of this research: study the bearing capacity and failure mode of concealed bracing to section steel-high strengh concrete low-shear wall under stress of pseudo-static ; explore ways of improving the aseismic performance of high-strengh concrete low-shear wall. The main contents of this paper includes three respects. Based on the contrast experiments under low reversed cyclic loading towards three section steel-high strengh concrete low-shear wall (the first specimen without diagonal bracing)which contain different concealed bracing:â‘ draw hysteresis curves and skeleton curves of the three specimens;â‘¡analysis energy dissipation capacity ,ductility and strength attenuation characteristics of the three specimens;â‘¢calculated the bearing capacity of section steel-high strength concrete low-shear wall with concealed bracing and verify the match condition between calculation value and experimental loading value.
