The Role Of Urban Design And Its Operating Mechanism In Small, Mountain Town Post Earthquake Reconstruction

In the 512 earthquake, many small mountain towns have suffered a devastating blow, the major earthquake not only caused the loss of personnel and property, but also many problems of small mountain towns in the development of long-term accumulation gradually have been exposed. Reconstruction planning has limited time and money, facing many problems, relying on Detailed Planning, the construction of urban space can not be guaranteed the integrity and controllability. Through the urban design to improve efficiency of land use in small mountain mountain townsTake Nanba as the research object, this paper study on urban design practice of the small mountain town, from the design to the whole process. Through the test of practice, one chapter summarizes experiences and lessons of urban design and put forward relevant policy. These are important reference for guiding the similar disaster. Thesis is divided into six chaptersChapter1Introduction. Identify the meanings and purposes of the research. Clarify the scope and main concepts.
