This paper introduces relevant theory of industrial sites renovation,and expounds the necessity of industrial sites renovation. By the study of industrial sites and the probe of reuse model, protection way of industrial sites geological culture is generalized in the paper. At the same time, combining urban land transformation, conducting an exploratory investigation of reuse model satisfied the development of the city, that provides complete protection for Industrial Heritage. Taking the choice and evaluation of DaHua Textile Mill transformation scheme as the typical representative of many Industrial Heritages around the Palace of Daming Gong Site, and evaluating three viable reuse models that is most appropriate, hoping to be useful for similar problems.The present situation is detailed, design principle and project objective are discussed through fieldwork and the analysis by order of present situation of DaHua Textile Mill. On this basis, three renovation plans are designed. The choice and evaluation of three plans made by AHP system . Finally, to ensure the smooth implementation of the program, main points of energy-saving transformation scheme are discussed.The paper describes the implementation of effective transformation scheme for DaHua Textile Mill Heritages transformation design in detail,initially explores the protection and reuse model for industrial heritage of Xi'an, providing references for other industrial heritage in Xi'an.
